Your new room booking system is coming soon

We're pleased to announce that our new room booking system, CMISGo, will be available for all staff and students from next week.

The new system will allow you to book teaching and learning spaces using one of two methods: inputting a date and time to help you find a room, or, if you know what room you want to book, checking the availability of that particular room and then going on to place a booking. 

Please note that the room booking system is not intended to be used as a replacement for timetabling. If you have any timetabling requests, please contact your faculty timetabling contact in the first instance.

If you've already tried to book a room using the room booking email and haven't had a response yet, please use the room booking system once it is live.

The system is user-friendly, but if you need any help, you can have a look at some of our help materials here. If you have any queries or issues, you can get in touch with the room booking team.  We'll send out the link to the system once it's live.
