The Library service will be reduced during the upcoming May bank holidays

Monday 1st May Early May Bank Holiday

10 am - 4 pm
Monday 8th May Bank holiday for the coronation of King Charles III 10 am - 4 pm
Monday 29th May Spring Bank Holiday closed

 

On Monday 1st May and Monday 8th May, the Library will be open 10am – 4pm with limited staff support but you will still be able to access the study spaces, PCs, short loan Laptops, books and print journals. The Libraries remote support, Library Assist, where you can access FAQs and chat with a librarian, will be available 24/7.

Please note: 

  • Campus ID cards will be required to enter the libraries
  • Pickup and return of 30-day laptops will not be available on Bank Holidays
  • Access to Hutchison Library, Telford campus, will require you to register your cards for Extended Access in advance of the Bank Holiday - click here to find out more
  • 24/7 opening at Harrison and Walsall will pause at midnight on the Sunday before the bank holiday and will restart on the following Tuesday at 08.30 am.
