Campus Tours

Explore our campus and facilities with one of our Student Ambassadors.

We know how important it is to you to visit your future university before you start. Like many other events, our Open Days are currently being run online. However, we’re pleased to offer physical campus tours for individual family groups - following the latest guidance on social distancing and Covid-19 precautions – so that you can get a feel for your campus. For the safety of guests, students and staff, our tours will contain bookings from a maximum of one household per tour. You may bring in addition up to three people from the same household with you as guests.

Campus Tours - Why Attend?

Nothing beats a visit. Here are some of the benefits of attending one of our Campus Tours.

If you haven't visited our campus before at an Open Day or have only joined our Virtual Open Days, then a Campus Tour is the perfect opportunity to visit and meet us.

Our academics will be busy teaching, so if you have any questions regarding your course we cannot answer, we'll find out and promise to come back to you.

One of our friendly Student Ambassadors will take you on a tour of our city, Walsall or Telford campuses. Enjoy an insider view, find out where you'll be studying, our library and places to eat and meet. There's lots to see.

The University has many measures in place to protect the wellbeing of guests, students and staff. The tours will be conducted outside as much as possible, as well as operating a one-way system. Deep-cleansing measures are in place and hand sanitiser stations will also be provided. In order to ensure everyone's safety, please adhere to the following:

  • For the safety of guests, students and staff, our tours will contain bookings from a maximum of one household per tour. You may bring in addition up to three people from the same household with you as guests.
  • If you or a member of your household have recently experienced COVID-19 symptoms, please do not visit the University.
  • Please bring a face mask with you - the wearing of these is mandatory on your arrival and throughout the tour.
  • Please practice social distancing, and keep 2 metres apart from guests, students and staff at all times.
  • You may be asked for further Track and Trace information, and/or given further safety instructions on the day - please adhere to these instructions for the safety of all.
