What happens on the course?

This course is currently subject to revalidation in February 2026.

During this degree, you will study a wide range of economics and business modules, with a mix of lectures, seminars and workshops. 

There will be opportunities to do exciting group projects and to learn from experts from industry, to gather an in-depth knowledge of economic principles and business functions which are valuable in both the private and public sectors as well as in the non-profit sector.

You will develop an economic and business skill set in an applied context, focusing on real-world issues, and the course’s modules employ a variety of assessment methods, including report writing, essays, portfolios, posters, presentations, in-class tests, time-constrained assignments, and a final research project.
