Applying to the University of Wolverhampton

Full-time, undergraduate students in the United Kingdom usually apply via the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS). If you successfully apply to us as an international applicant, we will submit your application through UCAS on your behalf and even pay the application fee.

If you have applied as a person who will be under the age of 18 for the study intake applied for we require approval from your parent, guardian or carer prior to processing your application further - please complete the following form www.wlv.ac.uk/international/documents
What do you need to include in your application?
For us to process your application successfully, you will need to complete the online form, which needs to be supported by the following documents:
- Proof of ID - Copy of your current passport front and back page. we require all applicants to upload proof of ID, if you have a passport please add this to your e:Vision account. If all your documentation does not match your current or previous name, we require a document confirming the change in your names such as an affidavit or marriage certificate.
- Academic Transcripts and/or Certificates - Evidence of English Language Qualifications - We require all applicants to provide an English Language equivalent qualification. Acceptable qualifications can be found here https://www.wlv.ac.uk/English
- Academic References - this information will be dependent on country applying from and specific to the qualifications and course entry criteria. We will require copies of degree/diploma certificates or work reference if employed.
- Personal Statement - We require a satisfactory personal statement, including your reasons for wanting to study in the UK and specifically the University of Wolverhampton. If you have already provided one as part of your application and you still have this condition outstanding, then your personal statement has been deemed unsatisfactory and we require a new one. - Additional documents (Portfolio, research proposal, CV, ATAS certificate, Work experience letter).
It is important that you upload all your documents onto e-Vision. The Admissions Office will process your application and, if the application is complete, will endeavour to respond with a decision as soon as we can.
