What happens on the course?

Your degree is structured to take you from foundational science to specialist, industry-ready expertise over three years, with practical lab work running throughout — not saved for final year.

Year 1: Building your scientific foundation

You'll start with the core chemistry, biology and physiology that underpin everything else in pharmaceutical science, alongside a dedicated module to help you settle into university life and academic study.
