Make a document request and include a note in the "special instructions" box stating that the documents should be sent to WES. Be sure to include your WES reference number for proper processing.

A standard letter of confirmation includes your award details. Additional information such as dates of study and mode of study (full-time or part-time) can be included if requested. Make sure to specify any additional details in the "special instructions" field when making your request. If we cannot provide the requested information, we will contact you.

No, documentation will not be provided if you have outstanding debt. You must clear your debt first by contacting the finance department at incomesection@wlv.ac.uk Be sure to include your student number, or your name at the time of study and date of birth in your email.

No, current students should order their letters and documents through their e:Vision account.

Yes, e:Vision remains open for graduates. You can access your records, download your transcript and results letter, and order documents via the graduation page.

Employers or agencies should use the Higher Education Degree Datacheck (HEDD) online verification service. Please note this service is only for third-party use.

Historically, manual records were only kept for six years, excluding award details. However, with more data now stored electronically, our retention policy has been reviewed.

While we make every effort to fulfil requests, we cannot guarantee the availability of all information related to a student’s course of study.
