Our standard accommodation is an ideal place to study, relax, and socialise during your time at university. Located within easy walking distance of lecture theatres, Asda, and campus sports facilities, it offers a convenient and well-connected student living experience.

Your room gives you a comfy space to focus and unwind, with a dedicated study area and plenty of storage to keep things organised. The shared kitchen is perfect for cooking together, catching up, or just hanging out with your flatmates after a long day. It’s all about finding that balance between having your own space and being part of a fun, social community.

There are 140 standard rooms available at our City Campus, with flexible contract lengths of 37, 42, or 52 weeks. Semester arrangements are also available, and both undergraduate and postgraduate bookings are now being processed. Scroll down to view images of the accommodation at the bottom of the page.

Take a look at the facilities available to make your stay easy and comfortable -

Kitchens and bathrooms are shared with up to 6 people – there’s plenty of space so you’re not getting under each other’s feet.
In your bedroom you can expect to find a bed, mattress, desk, chair, bookshelf, wardrobe, curtains or blinds for privacy, a bin and hand basin.
To give you a helping hand our onsite cleaners will clean the standard areas daily (toilet and shower room) and then the kitchens are cleaned once a week.
All bills are covered, including heating, internet, electricity, gas, and contents insurance, ensuring you have one less thing to worry about.
We know that moving away from home for the first time can be a bit daunting, so our accommodation hub teams are on hand if you’ve got any questions.
Kitchens come with all the essentials including an oven, hobs, microwave, kettle, fridge and a freezer.
