Compete against your friends and peers at WLV Sport, through friendly competition.

‘Intramural’ means ‘inside the university’.

Throughout the year, our aim is to provide students with many different opportunities to participate in sport. Across the year we will also be running several tournaments and leagues for various sports, all on campus. Take a look at the activities on offer below

Intramural Sport

Our indoor football league at City Campus will start on the 2nd February 2022. Each week games will be played between 4pm -7pm.  The league is open to WLV students & Staff only. To register your interest, please email social-sport@wlv.ac.uk or collect a registration form from City Sports Centre reception.

Cost: £10 per team

We will be hosting a basketball 3v3 competition at City Campus on Friday 10th December 2021 at City Campus Sports Centre. We are welcoming ready made teams or individuals who do not have a team. There is no need to pre-register, however team numbers will be capped on the day to ensure there is enough time to play all fixtures. 

The competition will take place from 4-6pm. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

Our intramural badminton league will also start on the 2nd February 2022 at City Campus. Games will be played between 2pm - 4pm, every Wednesday. The format will be singles and doubles, so you can either enter as part of a team or will be buddied up with another individual player. The league is only open to WLV Staff & students. No community will be permitted at this time.
