Are you looking to build your confidence, develop valuable employability skills and represent the University while earning paid work opportunities? Becoming a Student Ambassador could be the perfect role for you.

  • Earn £12.71 per hour
  • Work flexibly around your studies
  • Support and inspire future students
  • Develop valuable skills and enhance your CV
  • Meet new people and grow your professional network

Student Ambassadors play a key part in supporting prospective students, applicants and the wider community, sharing their experiences and helping others feel confident about their higher education journey. From talking about life at the University and student societies to answering questions about studying in Wolverhampton, ambassadors provide an authentic student perspective.

The University has a team of more than 200 Student Ambassadors who support a wide range of activities throughout the year, including Open Days, UCAS events, school and college visits, Clearing, enrolment and student recruitment campaigns. These opportunities allow ambassadors to gain experience in communication, teamwork, customer service and public engagement while expanding their professional networks.

As part of the programme, successful applicants receive training and have the opportunity to work alongside teams from across the University, helping them develop transferable skills that can enhance their CV and future career prospects.

If you're enthusiastic about sharing your University experience and want to gain valuable paid experience while making a difference, register your interest in the Student Ambassador Scheme today.
