Department of Pharmacy Practice

The Department of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Wolverhampton offers course in a wide range of areas including, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, and Pharmacology, as well as a range of opportunities for further Postgraduate study, including a Practice Certificate in Independent Prescribing.

Pharmacy students will have access to a range of newly refurbished learning spaces, (practice rooms, mock dispensary, meeting, and consultation rooms) cutting-edge equipment in any of the three 90-seat laboratories housed in our state-of-the-art Rosalind Franklin building, and the opportunity to gain real industry experience through placements with prestigious pharmaceutical companies such as GSK, and many more.

Many of our courses are professionally accredited by the Royal Society of Biology and the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) which means they are informed by and designed to meet the requirements of these bodies.
