Your room will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Residents are responsible for keeping shared kitchen areas clean and tidy during their stay. Our housekeeping team will:

• Mop kitchen floors weekly
• Wipe kitchen surfaces weekly
• Clean shared shower and toilet facilities daily in standard accommodation (Monday – Friday)

If you would like additional bedroom cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional charge. Please request this when making your booking and we will provide the available options and costs.

Linen is not provided as standard. You can:

• Bring your own towels,
• Purchase a bedding pack / linen from us when booking your accommodation and this will be in your room for your arrival.

Free parking is available at both our Wolverhampton and Walsall accommodation sites.

Please note that parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.

If you are staying for more than one night and require access through the car park barriers, you will need to provide a copy of your current vehicle insurance certificate when submitting your booking form. Your parking access will then be programmed onto your key fob and activated when you collect your keys.

For repeat bookings, you will only need to submit your insurance certificate once, provided it remains valid. However, please ensure you request parking access on each booking form so that the appropriate arrangements can be made.

Check-in

From 12.00pm (midday) on your arrival day.

Check-out

By 10.00am on your departure day, please remove all rubbish from the kitchen and ensure your bedroom has been emptied and left clean.

Accommodation Office opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm

If you are arriving or departing outside of these hours, our Security Team will be happy to assist. Please contact them on 01902 322106, and they will arrange to meet you at the key collection point or when you return your keys at the end of your stay.

Before You Leave

Following your departure, your room will be inspected. Any damage, excessive cleaning, or staining requiring remedial work before the room can be re-let may result in charges being applied and invoiced accordingly.

Please note that payment must be made in full prior to arrival via bank transfer.

Please Note: If you need to make a reservation AFTER 2PM on Fridays & BEFORE 9AM on a Monday, then please contact the accommodation hub at either City or Walsall before completing the booking to ensure this can be accommodated.
