Digital Services IT support over the Christmas period

Over the Christmas period, will be running a reduced IT/Digital Support service

During the University closure dates of Thursday 25 December to Monday 5 January 2026, IT Support will be running a limited service. 

Between these dates, you can still help yourself to information using the support portal or if you phone 01902 32 2000 you will be connected to our out-of-hours answering service. These colleagues can help with password and MFA issues.
