Face-to-face IT Support in the Harrison Library

Digital Services face to face support
Whether you are staff or a student, if you need to drop in and see a real person to talk through your IT/digital tools, you can now find us in the Harrison Library, City Campus, at the following times:

  • Monday, 9am-4pm

  • Tuesday, 9am-4pm

Our new, and permanent, IT Support area is straight ahead as you enter the Library, next to the Skills for Learning team. Look for the banners!

We can help with access issues, software, using the wifi, devices, the Microsoft 365 applications, cyber security tips…just drop in, we are here to help!

Online support

We are also available to help online, through our IT support portal, or by phone using 01902 32 2000.
