Mental Health and Wellbeing workshops
Practical skills for university, work and life
University is about more than gaining a qualification. It can involve navigating change, developing confidence, building relationships, preparing for professional life and learning how to respond when things don't go to plan.
WLV Mind & Mission is the University of Wolverhampton's programme of psycho-educational workshops and learning sessions designed to help students develop the practical psychological skills that support wellbeing, confidence, resilience and success.
Our workshops are open to all students, developed by our Mental Health & Wellbeing Team within Student Life, Mind & Mission draws on the themes we regularly see through our work with students and turns those insights into practical learning that can benefit everyone. They’re not therapy, and you don’t need to share personal experiences.
