Join a Care first wellbeing webinar

Care first is available 24/7 to offer support, advice and counselling on any personal or workplace related issues, as well as a regular programme of webinars open to all staff and students. 

No matter how small or big the problem, Care first counsellors are available to you. All Care first counsellors are professionally qualified and accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

The following Care first webinars are open to all University of Wolverhampton members (staff and students).

All sessions run from 12 noon-12.30pm, unless otherwise stated.

Get mental health and wellbeing support 

  • Students can access wellbeing support through our WLV Student Life Connect platform, as well as support and advice available from the University at wlv.ac.uk/mhw
  • Staff can find out more about Care first support offered through the Employee Assistance Programme on the HR Wellbeing Hub.
