OVC Executive Support Team

Our service vision is to deliver a professional, agile, resilient and proactive executive support function that regularly exceeds expectation and delivers excellent results.

Natalie Constable joined the University in 2021. She is the first point of contact in OVC Executive Support for finance, deliveries and many other aspects office life. She assists the Office Manager with diary management for the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Professor Julia Clarke. 

Fun fact: Natalie has a penchant for Peaky Blinders. She is also a proud pet guardian to sausage dog Tommy.

 

Joy Egginton has worked at the University of Wolverhampton for a number of years. During this time she has supported several different members of the senior leadership team. Joy is executive assistant to the Interim Chief Financial Officer, David Reeve.

Fun fact: Joy loves to shop till she drops. She is unable to resist a mooch around Shrewsbury's boutiques.

Harjinder Johal has worked at the University of Wolverhampton for over 15 years. She worked in HR and Organisational Development before joining OVC Executive Support. Harjinder is executive assistant to the Pro-Vice Chancellor Global Opportunities, Tim Steele, and the University Secretary, Samantha Waters. She also provides administrative support to Associate Dean Inclusivity, Dr Ada Adeghe, and Dean of Students, Dr Laurence Eagle.

Fun fact: Harjinder is a self-confessed cleaning fanatic. She enjoys a well-earned rest watching Homes under the Hammer.

Bernadette McMahon-Leo joined the University of Wolverhampton in 2005. She has provided extensive executive support to the senior leadership team. In 2021 Bernadette became Executive Officer to the Pro-Vice Chancellor Global Opportunities, Tim Steele.

Fun fact: Bernadette loves film and theatre, especially musicals. A matinee at Wolverhampton's independent cinema the Light House is her idea of heaven.

Louise Tonks has provided executive support to the Vice-Chancellor's Office for a number of years. She has worked for three vice-chancellors including the present Interim Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ian Campbell. In addition to her executive assistant role, Louise became Officer Manager in 2021. She has line management responsibility for the executive assistants and receptionist and administration assistant. 

Fun fact: Louise can stand on her head for up to half an hour at a time. She likes to see things from a different perspective.

Victoria Wall joined the University of Wolverhampton in 2003. During this time she has worked in a number of Registry and executive support roles. In 2021 Victoria became Executive Officer to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Professor Julia Clarke.

Fun fact: Victoria likes books, bicycles and beer. She seldom indulges these pastimes contemporaneously.

Natalie Sumner-Cole has fulfilled a wide variety of roles across the Offices of the Vice-Chancellor. She is currently Senior Executive Officer to the Vice-Chancellor. Natalie has line management responsibility for the executive officers and has led the OVC Executive Support Team since 2022.

Fun fact: Natalie adores reading. She loves nothing more than curling up with a slice of gothic fiction and her Alaskan Malamute.
