Undergraduate Occupational Therapy Interviews
Once you have applied for our BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy 3-year course and if you have been shortlisted, you will be invited for an interview.
Interview method: Interviews will be On-Campus for those wishing to start in 2026.
On-Campus Interviews: The Performance Hub (WH) Building, Walsall Campus, WS1 3BD. Directions can be found here.
Travel Fund for Clearing 2026 Applicants: Applied through Clearing and been invited to an on-campus Clearing interview? To help make visiting us a little easier, eligible applicants can claim back travel costs of up to £50 when attending their University of Wolverhampton Selection Event event.
Interview preparation- Important Information
Pre-interview tasks required:
- Have a form of identification (e.g. passport, driving licence, etc.) ready to present on arrival.
- Please ensure that you have read the content on the following webpage (not including all the links/documents) and be prepared to answer questions on it: https://www.england.nhs.uk/integratedcare/what-is-integrated-care/
- Do you know enough about the course you have applied for? Research information about the course, the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), and visit our open days, come and speak to our staff and students www.wlv.ac.uk/opendays.
- Please ensure you allow yourself ample time to arrive for your on-campus interview.
- At the start of the interview, you must show a form of picture ID as proof of who the interviewer is talking to. Acceptable documents include a passport, driving license, college ID badge, etc. (please note we do not accept copies).
After attending your interview, you will be notified on whether or not you’ve passed within 3-5 working days. If you are successful, your offer will be confirmed within 14 working days.
If you’re unsuccessful, you will be made an alternative offer on another course that we think you are suitable for. Find out more.
If you’re unable to attend your interview, you can decline your date/time via e:Vision up to 48 hours before your selection event and you must then log a helpdesk call to request a new date or withdrawal. If you’re unable to attend less than 48 hours before, please get in touch with Admissions via 01902 323505 as soon as possible. Find out more about responding to your invite here.
If you have applied through Clearing, you can contact the Clearing Hotline to request to amend your interview date.
Please note if you fail to notify us that you’re unable to attend, your application will be rejected.
