University of Wolverhampton costume students feature on the BBC News
Hundreds of volunteers are helping to make the costumes for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Commonwealth Games which will be held at the Alexander Stadium, in Birmingham, including students and graduates from the University of Wolverhampton.

The first-year students hadn't ever used a sewing machine until 14 weeks ago, now they are confidently whizzing up costumes on powerful industrial equipment for the international opening and closing ceremonies.
