Complete this short survey to provide your feedback on the University's catering facilities and be entered into a draw to win one of twenty £5 food & drink vouchers. 

Please help us build the new catering service for 2024 onwards.

This survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete. It will help our catering department to deliver the best service to you, our customers.

Your feedback will ensure we shape a catering service which is relevant to our university community.

To thank you for taking the time to take the survey, at the end of the survey, you will be able to enter a draw to win one of twenty £5 catering vouchers to use at any of our outlets.

This survey will be open from Tuesday 21 November until Tuesday 5 December 2023.

At the end of the questionnaire, there is an optional answer where you will be prompted to share your ‘@wlv.ac.uk’ email address to enter the prize draw.

Email addresses submitted will only be used for this competition and will not be shared or used for marketing purposes.
