University Statement: Ongoing Public Disorder
At the University of Wolverhampton, we stand firmly against all forms of racism and discrimination. We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive and supportive environment. The recent events serve as a stark reminder of the ongoing challenges and injustices faced by many in our society.
We are here to support all members of our community, particularly those who are directly affected by these events including our international community of staff and students. We encourage anyone who needs support or someone to talk to, to reach out to our dedicated support services.
This is a crucial time for us to come together, show solidarity, and continue to educate ourselves and others about the importance of equality and justice. We each have a role in challenging and dismantling all forms of discrimination including systemic racism.
