Travel Fund for Clearing 2026 Applicants

We’ve got your journey covered

Applied through Clearing and invited to a Clearing Interview or Prepare for Foundation Assessment Day? You may be able to claim back your eligible travel costs.

We know that travelling to an interview or Prepare for Foundation Assessment Day can add to the cost of applying to university. That’s why eligible Clearing 2026 applicants can claim back approved travel expenses of up to £50 when attending a University of Wolverhampton Selection Event.

Support is available for eligible bus, tram, Standard Class rail and parking costs, helping to make your journey to campus more affordable so you can focus on your interview and finding out more about life at Wolverhampton.

Keep your receipts. Show them to the colleague checking you in at the Registration Desk, or email them to interviews@wlv.ac.uk

Claims and any outstanding evidence must be received within 10 calendar days of your interview or Prepare for Foundation Day.
