Santander Employability Award - apply for your chance to access employability support worth £250

We’ve partnered with Santander to offer 60 awards of £250 to help our students take that next career step.

This could help with interview travel and clothing, placement or internship essentials and more. It’s here to help you say yes to opportunities that build your experience, confidence and future career.

Who can apply?

  • You must be 18+ and a full or part-time student this academic year (2025/26). Includes undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Your application must be for an activity that’s happening this year (2025/26). Or an activity that hasn’t yet taken place but starts before the end of the academic year. This includes activity starting up to 31 August 2026.

No need to be a Santander customer. Apply on Santander Open Academy by 7 May 2026 11pm T&Cs apply.
