Virtual wellbeing activities all day from 9 am to 5 pm, hosted in Microsoft Teams.

Feeling stressed and maybe a little overwhelmed as the festive break approaches and assignments submissions build up?

Wolves Wellbeing Day is a day full of virtual events to help you take a breather. So, take some time out with us to de-stress, chill, learn some new skills, have fun, get to know new people, or just enjoy some company for the day to build your sense of wellbeing.

Open to all staff and students, you are welcome to join us for the day or dip in and out of the different activities during the day.

Pre-booking is not required - you can just click the joining link on the events webpage at any time on the day.

More events

The Mental Health and Wellbeing team also host weekly 'Let's Talk About...' conversations. These are inclusive spaces open to all students, on Microsoft Teams, Thursdays at 12pm.

  • 9 December: Let’s Talk About: Christmas, our hopes and expectations and the demands of this festive season.
