Professor John Raftery, Interim Vice-Chancellor at the University, said: “Graduations are one of the most important and uplifting events on our calendar. It offers our graduates a chance to celebrate their wonderful achievements with friends, family and supporters and the wider University community. It’s also an opportunity for staff to show how very proud we are of our graduates and to send them on their way with our blessings and good wishes as they embark on the next steps of their journey."

David Wedge, Deputy Head of Alumni Relations, at the University, said: “Graduation is always an exciting time for the University and the City, as it turns into a sea of caps and gowns with students and staff proudly processing through the streets.

“Class of 2023 graduate successes will be celebrated on the University’s Alumni social media channels and graduates are invited to share photos, thank you messages and fond memories of their time at the University of Wolverhampton.

“Graduates will also receive a short video clip of their stage walk in the days following their ceremony – a lovely keepsake for them which they are able to share with family and friends and on their own social media channels.”
