IT account, password and Multifactor authentication (MFA)

During online enrolment you create your IT account, after which, you will be sent an email with your new University email address.  During enrolment you will create your own University password.  

As you log into University systems you will be prompted to set up Multifactor authentication (you will need your mobile phone with you).

Microsoft 365 applications Sign into https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps or through myWLV app. Email (Outlook), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and other productivity tools.
